In 2012, TEC, Inc. was selected for the demolition of 21 apartment buildings in Texarkana, TX to make way for a new housing development. The project was completed successfully in 2012, and TEC, Inc. transitioned directly into site preparation and grading for the general contractor, Carleton Construction.
