In September 2013, TEC began construction on the $4.8 million extension of Morris Lane in Texarkana, Texas. The newly constructed segment between Robin Lane and Cowhorn Creek Road was completed in late 2014. The existing portion of Morris Lane between Richmond Road and Robin Lane was reconstructed and completed in the Spring of 2015. The new street, renamed Galleria Oaks, now allows travel from Richmond Road all the way to Summerhill Road.
