In August 2013, TEC began construction on the $2.7 million Bringle Park for the City of Texarkana, Texas. The new park is located on University Avenue just North of the Texas A&M - Texarkana campus. The park has two volleyball courts, covered picnic pavillions, two floating docks, and a boardwalk for visitors to enjoy.
