After successfully completing the demolition contract at Rose Hill Ridge in Texarkana, TEC, Inc. has been contracted by Carleton Construction, LTD. of Dallas to assist in the construction of the new Rose Hill Ridge apartments. Earthwork began on August 3, 2012 and once complete, the $20 million project will have 25 buildings and 122 family apartments ranging from 780 to 1550 square feet.
