Holiday Inn Convention Center

In May 2012, TEC, Inc. began earthwork for the new Holiday Inn and Convention Center complex in the Crossroads Business Park near I-30 and Stateline Avenue in Texarkana, AR. The 100,000 square foot complex will sit on 12 acres with the hotel featuring approximately150 rooms and a full service restaurant. The project is being funded by Dr. Hiren Patel of Texarkana. The project is expected to be completed within a year. The soon to be completed Holiday Springs Water Park will be located adjacent to the property.
