In December 2012, TEC, Inc. began earthwork for the new Holiday Springs Water Park in Texarkana, Arkansas. The water park, which will be the only one of its kind in the area, is scheduled to be open in the Spring of 2013. It is located in the Crossroads Business Park near I-30 and Stateline Avenue and will be adjacent to the new Holiday Inn and Convention Center.
