In 2006, TEC, Inc. broke ground on a new Kohl's Department Store site in Texarkana, TX for developer, Clear Water Creek Partners.
The project included all earthwork, concrete, asphalt, utilities and landscaping for the new store. Work was completed in the late 2006.
