On September 11, TEC began clearing right-of-way for the extension of Morris Lane. The project will consist of a new segment of Morris between Robin Lane and Cowhorn Creek Road, and reconstruction of the existing Morris Lane between Richmond Road and Robin Lane. The estimated cost of the project is $4.2 million, and the estimated completion date is September 2014.
