TEC, Inc. has begun performing the site prep for the newest restaurant to come to Texarkana, Steak 'n Shake. The restaurant, which features burgers, sandwiches, breakfast food, and of course, milkshakes, will be located next to Red Lobster on North Cowhorn Creek Loop Road. TEC, Inc. is working under the direction of General Contractor M.L. James Construction.
