The City of Texarkana, Texas recently awarded TEC, Inc. a $2.7 million contract to construct the new Bringle Lake Park. The new park will be located on University Avenue just North of the Texas A&M - Texarkana campus. The park will have two volleyball courts, covered picnic pavillions, two floating docks, and a boardwalk for visitors to enjoy.
